Chip Maker Nvidia Acquires Run:Ai likely For USD 700 Million

The Israeli-based firm provides efficient cluster resource use for artificial intelligence responsibilities across a shared accelerated computing framework. The company has developed an open platform based on Kubernetes, the orchestration layer for modern AI and cloud infrastructure.
"Run:ai has been a close collaborator with Nvidia since 2020 and we share a passion for helping our customers make the most of their infrastructure," said Omri Geller, Run:ai cofounder and CEO.
"We're thrilled to join Nvidia and look forward to continuing our journey together," Geller added.
Run: ai empowers venture customers to oversee and enhance their register foundation, whether on-premises, in the cloud or in half-breed conditions. The chip maker said its DGX and DGX Cloud users will get close enough to Run: ai's abilities for their AI workloads, especially for huge language model arrangements.
Nvidia's accelerated computing platform and Run: ai's platform will continue to support a broad ecosystem of third-party solutions, giving customers choice and flexibility.

The firm is also a predominant provider of artificial intelligence (AI) equipment and programming.
