As per MoU, the two companies will trial specific initiatives for common clientele while actively looking for future opportunities. Using FPT Software's strong technological capabilities and SQLI's expertise in customer experience solutions, the two companies will collaborate on customer relationship management, airline e-commerce channels, customer communication platforms, and other areas. The alliance is projected to boost airline passenger happiness, loyalty, and advocacy by providing best-in-class digital customer experiences, resulting in additional revenue and long-term success for commercial airlines globally.
FPT Software, with over a decade of industry experience and more than 200 highly qualified aviation data engineers, is a key technology enabler in this area. The IT firm has also built a strong partnership network with major airlines in Europe, the United States, and Vietnam. Its aviation clients include more than 100 airlines, airports, air cargo service providers, and aircraft manufacturers. Notably, FPT Software has been a vital partner to the aerospace giant Airbus and its Skywise platform, and it has lately worked with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) on the adoption of new aviation technologies.
The IT firm has been helping to change the sector towards a more innovative and sustainable future by boosting safety standards and improving fluid consumption, operational expenses, and operations across multiple roles.
